Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada sentra keripik sukun di Kabupaten Sumenep. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsungnya adalah melalui kepuasan kerja. Objek penelitian dilakukan di sentra keripik sukun yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian atau disebut juga dengan penelitian sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan sentra keripik sukun di Kabupaten Sumenep. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak mempengaruhi signifikan secara langsung kinerja karyawan, tetapi memberi pengaruh yang tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, juga memberi pengaruh yang tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.
