Pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan self-efficacy serta kepuasan kerja terhadap transfer pelatihan karyawan

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Self-Efficacy serta Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Transfer Pelatihan Karyawan Giant Ekstra Alaya Samarinda. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menguji Dukungan Organisasi dan Self-Efficacy serta Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Transfer Pelatihan Karyawan Giant Ekstra Alaya Samarinda. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 51 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Aquare (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan, Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan, danKepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan.
