Pengaruh dukungan oraganisasi terhadap transfer pelatihan di mediasi oleh efikasi diri

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Transfer Pelatihan  baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi variabel Efikasi Diri Pada Agent PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Dukungan Organisasi sementara variabel terikat adalah Transfer Pelatihan dan Efikasi Diri. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 55 Responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada menggunakan kuesioner dengan menguji Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Transfer Pelatihan dan dimediasi oleh Efikasi Diri. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri, (2) Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan, (3) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan, (4) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memberikan efek mediasi pada pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Transfer Pelatihan Pada Agent PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda.
