Pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan efikasi diri terhadap transfer pelatihan

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Transfer Pelatihan Pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 70 Responden. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Aquare (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri. Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan. Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan.
