Pengaruh CSR, Resiko, Dan Corporate Governance Terhadap Cash Holding Pada Perusahaan Coal Mining Yang Terdaftar Di BEI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan resiko serta corporate governance terhadap cash holding. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek penelitian pada perusahan coal mining yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cash holding, resiko berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap cash holding, dan corporate governance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap cash holding.

Affect Of CSR, Risk, And Corporate Governance On Cash Holding in Coal Mining Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange
Abstract
This research purpose is to find the affect of Corporate Social Responsibilithy (CSR) and market risk also corporate governance toward cash holding. This research used coal mining corporates that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017 as it objective. This research used regression panel data as it method. The results of this analysis showed that CSR has positive and significant affect on cash holding, market risk has postive and in-significant affect on cash holding, and corporate governance has negative and significant affect on cash holding.
