EFISIENSI TFP PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2011-2016

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Yurike Erning Praja. Efisiensi TFP (Total Faktor Produktivitas) Perusahan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2016 (dibawah bimbingan Ibu Justina Ade Judiarni dan Bapak Amin Kadafi).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh total faktor produktivitas perusahaan manufaktur terhadap leverage dengan menguji produktivitas pada tingkat low dan pada perusahaan BUMN.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan dimana sampel ini diambil dengan kriteria perusahaan manufaktur terdaftar di BEI yang menyediakan laporan keuangan nya dari tahun 2011-2016 dan laporan keuangan menggunakan mata uang rupiah.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan TFP berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap leverage yang menunjukkan bahwa TFP tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap leverage karena perusahaan sampel memiliki pembiyaan utang yang lebih rendah daripada standar. TFP rendah (low) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap leverage, menunjukkan jika TFP turun maka akan berpengaruh pada turunnya leverage. Ketiga, TFP dengan status kepemilikan pemerintah (BUMN) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap leverage, menunjukkan bahwa BUMN mempengaruhi keputusan kreditur untuk memberikan pinjaman hutang modal.

The purpose of this research is to know affects total factor productivity on manufacture company's leverage by testing productivity in low condition and state-owned enterprise.

techniques of collecting data by purposive sampling. the total sample are 20 company which these sample choosen with criteria sharde their financial  statements from 2011-2016 and using rupiah currency .

the results of this study show TFP is insignificant but positive effect on leverage, because the samples  have lower leverage measure than standart. TFP Low is significant and negative affect on leverage, that shows lower tfp affect on lower leverage. TFP with state-owned enterprise is significant and positive affect on leverage, that shows state-owned enterprised affect on creditor's decision to grant a loan of capital
