Pengaruh hubungan antar pegawai dan kelelahan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar pegawai dan kelelahan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 171 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 110 responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hubungan antar pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
