Pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional serta kinerja agen

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional serta Kinerja Agen Pada PT. Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Work-Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja. Sementara variabel terikat adalah Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Agen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda. yang terdiri dari 55 responden.  Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dengan menguji Work-Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Agen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analis PLS (Parsial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Selanjutnya, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Agen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Agen, serta Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Agen pada PT Prudential Life Assurance Cabang Samarinda.
