Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pengaruh Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Support Clean Shoes Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini ada Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga, sementara variabel terikat adalah Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Support Clean Shoes Samarinda yang terdiri dari 92 responden yang sudah pernah menggunakan jasa Support Clean Shoes Samarinda.Jenispenelitianyangdigunakanadalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji f dan uji t.
