Bagaimana bisnis eco-park menarik minat milenial? sebuah model untuk memahami intensi milenial mengunjungi eco-park

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan suatu model dan menguji secara empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi atau minat generasi milenial mengunjungi eco-park. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor pembentuk minat generasi milenial terhadap eco-park, perencanaan desain bisnis eco-park diharapkan akan lebih efektif. Theory of planned behavior digunakan sebagai kerangka teori yang menuntun proses pengembangan instrumen penelitian dan analisis data. Data empiris dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang melibatkan 200 responden. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan memanfaatkan software SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa intensi generasi milenial mengunjungi eco-park dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh persepsi positif terhadap eco-park, pengaruh pihak luar, dan persepsi hambatan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa koefisien jalur/path coefficient dan besaran pengaruh/effect size dari variabel persepsi terhadap eco-park jauh lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel pengaruh pihak luar dan persepsi hambatan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa   generasi milenial memiliki kepercayaan diri dan pemahaman diri yang baik dalam menentukan apa yang menjadi minatnya. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bagi perencanaan bisnis eco-park yang menyasar generasi milenial. Sangat penting untuk sejak awal membangun persepsi positif generasi milenial akan eco-park yang ditawarkan. Mempertahankan citra positif eco-park menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Penelitian ini menawarkan tambahan wawasan dan strategi bagi entrepreneur bisnis eco-park untuk menarik minat generasi milenial datang berkunjung.
