Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial resilience terhadap kepuasan hidup dengan financial satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Pada penelitian ini data yang diambil adalah data primer yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode riset dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman yang memiliki penghasilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel individu sebanyak 98 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structure Equation Modelling (SEM) yang berbasis variance yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui program SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Financial resilience berpengaruh posiif signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup. (2) Financial resilience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial satisfaction. (3) Financial satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup. (4) Financial satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan financial resilience dengan kepuasan hidup.
