Abstract


Talent War atau perang talenta merupakan persaingan antara perusahaan untuk memperoleh talenta potensial untuk mengisi posisi kunci. Perang bakat yang semakin ketat dan kompleks berdampak pada employer branding. Employer branding menjadi faktor penting dalam menarik talenta digital yang sangat dibutuhkan. Di pasar tenaga kerja yang sangat kompetitif saat ini, bisnis yang ingin merekrut talenta digital terbaik harus banyak berinvestasi pada employer brand mereka. Dalam merekrut dan mempertahankan bakat berkualitas di pasar tenaga kerja, employer branding menjadi strategi penting. Employer branding yang kuat dan positif juga dapat membantu perusahaan dalam membedakan diri dari pesaing. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan employer branding yang efektif dapat memperkuat dampak talent war terhadap attract digital talent. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) dampak talent war terhadap employer branding di digital talent market Indonesia, (2) pengaruh employer branding terhadap attract digital talent di digital talent market Indonesia, dan (3) dampak talent war terhadap attract digital talent melalui employer branding di digital talent market Indonesia. Hasil penelitian adalah employer branding berpengaruh terhadap attracting digital talent. Talent war berpengaruh terhadap attracting digital talent dimediasi employer branding.
