Hubungan antara tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR), inovasi, dan kinerja perusahaan pada saat pandemik

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara corporate social responsibility, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada saat pandemic. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan Degnan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian yang dilakukan di kota makassar, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sampling aksidental. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Variabel penelitian ini adalah corporate social responsibility (X1), inovasi (X2) dan kinerja perusahaan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi dan kinerja perusahaan. Kemudian inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selanjutnya, inovasi mampu memediasi hubungan antara corporate social responsibility dan kinerja perusahaan.
