Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja dan tunjangan serta pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Aji Muhammad Parikesit. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 perawat. Alat statistik yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regretion (Regresi Berganda) dengan menggunakan metode sampel yaitu probability sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software statistik SPSS 23.
