Abstract

Di akhir tahun 2019 hingga saat ini tentunya kita mengalami banyak perubahan dari berbagai aspek akibat adanya pandemi Covid 19. Banyak sektor usaha yang harus berusaha keras dalam menghadapi pandemi karena daya beli masyarakat yang menurun. Sektor property dinilai sebagai investasi yang cukup aman untuk saat ini. Sehingga hal ini memunculkan adanya persaingan ketat antar perusahaan property (developer) ditanah air. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data cross sectional pada perusahaan property di Jakarta selama periode bulan Desember 2021 – Januari 2022. Penelitian ini menganalisis variabel manajemen kualitas total sebagai variabel bebas. Inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Manajemen pengetahuan dan kinerja organisasi sebagai variabel terikat. Pengukuran manajemen kualitas total dan manajemen pengetahuan pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Metode pengujian data dengan uji validitas, uji reliablitas, uji sobel dan uji hipotesis. Pada semua hipotesis ditemukan bahwa nilai p < 0.05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dan masing masing variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan manajemen kualitas total dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Perusahaan Property di Jakarta melalui Inovasi.
