Pengaruh kepemimpinan yang positif dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung terhadap produktivitas sdm dengan dimediasi persepsi pegawai yang positif

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan yang positif dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung terhadap produktivitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan dimediasi persepsi pegawai yang positif pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diambil secara accidental sampling pada 90 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey langsung kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang positif tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi pegawai yang positif, kepemimpinan yang mendukung berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi pegawai yang positif. Kepemimpinan yang positif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas SDM, kepemimpinan yang mendukung berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas SDM. Persepsi pegawai yang positif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas SDM. Pengaruh kepemimpinan yang positif terhadap produktivitas SDM tidak dimediasi persepsi pegawai yang positif. Pengaruh kepemimpinan yang mendukung terhadap produktivitas SDM dimediasi persepsi pegawai yang positif.
