Pengaruh situational leadership, core competency, employee engagement terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Situational Leadership, Core Competency dan Employee Engagement terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi dan Kinerja pada 202 Karyawan PT. Trakindo Utama di Balikpapan. Pengaruh setiap variabel pada penelitian ini digambarakan melalui Results For Inner Weights. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Software komputer yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS versi 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel situational leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja. Sedangkan Core competency memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja. Employee Engagement memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja. Motivasi berprestasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini telah memberikan informasi kepada kita bahwa Situational Leadership tidak selalu memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja karena adanya perbedaan generasi dan juga sistem di dalam perusahaan ini telah menentukan target dar setiap karyawan.
