Peran job satisfaction dalam memediasi pengaruh flexible working arrangements terhadap employee performance selama masa pandemi covid-19

Abstract


Masa Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada system kerja hamper disemuaperusahaan. Salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan WFH yang memungkinkan para pekerja untuk menerapkan flexible work arrangement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi job satisfaction pada pengaruh flexible work arrangement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan responden penelitian para pekerja dengan latar belakang profesi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Analisis dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan pendekatan PLS dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.30. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi secara penuh ( full mediated ) pengaruh flexible work arrangement terhadap kinerja pegawai.
