Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Kencana. Penngambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian dan diperoleh 95 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan untuk tahap awal adalah SPSS dengan 30 sampel dan selanjutnya menggunakan PLS yang merupakan metode statistika SEM berbasis varian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
