Pengaruh kepemimpinan berorientasi pengetahuan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap knowledge sharing di dalam organisasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis pengetahuan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap knowledge sharing pada ORMAWA di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman, Kalimantan Timur. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 33 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan mahasiswa yang menjadi anggota ORMAWA di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian keusioner. Data hasil pengisian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan bantuan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berbasis pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing dan (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. Besar kontribusi kepemimpinan berbasis pengetahuan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap knowledge sharing adalah sebesar 59,8%.
