Pengaruh supervisor support dan kepuasan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan perusahaan retail handphone

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Supervisor Support dan Kepuasan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Karyawan perusahaan Retail Handphone di Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Suppervisor Support dan Kepuasan Kompensasi, sementara variabel terikat adalah Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 4 Retail Handphone Samarinda yang terdiri dari 65 responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menguji Supervisor Support dan Kepuasan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Analisis Regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisor Support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, sedangkan Kepuasan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan perusahaan retail Handphone Samarinda.
