Abstract


Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Efikasi diri serta Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Transfer Pelatihan Pada Tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman, Dibawah bimbingan Irsan Tricahya dinata sebagai Dosen Pembimbing 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Transfer pelatihan dan Pengaruh Efikasi diri terhadap Transfer pelatihan serta Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Transfer pelatihan Pada Tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman Samarinda. Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode total sampling yaitu seluruh pegawai di ambil menjadi sample berjumlah 37 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least square. Hasil penetilian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer pelatihan dan Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer pelatihan serta Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transfer Pelatihan.
