Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara size, leverage, liquidity dan dividend yield terhadap kepemilikan asing dalam perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan regresi data panel. Model penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Fixed Effect Methode (FEM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria ada 107perusahaan manufakturyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2012-2016.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel size berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kepemilikan asing. Kemudian, variabel leverage berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepemilikan asing.Selanjutnya, variabel liquidity ditemukan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepemilikan asing. Sedangkan variabel dividend yield menunjukkan hubungan positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepemilikan asing.
