Pengaruh ukuran dewan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia

Abstract


Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh ukuran dewan, ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian 113 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif dan Regresi Data Panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Ukuran Dewan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan interaksi antara ukuran dewan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
