Pengaruh grup afiliasi dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui debt to equity ratio pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia di bursa efek indonesia

Abstract


Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh grup afiliasi, ukuran perusahaan terhadap DER dan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian 58 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan grup afiliasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap DER, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap DER, grup afiliasi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
