Pengaruh Gender Diversity, Firm Age Dan Board Size Serta Kepemilikan Asing Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Di Indonesia

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efek yang timbul dari gender diversity, firm age, dan board size serta kepemilikan asing terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobins’Q. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data penelitian adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor pertambangan pada periode 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan pertambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, ada pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara firm age terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur oleh Tobins’Q, sesuai denagn hipotesis. Di sisi lain, ada pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan antara gender diversity, board size dan kepemilikan asing terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
