Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gender dan komisaris independen terhadap kinerja tobin’s q. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaa sektor property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian 37 perusahaan sektor property yang terdaftar di bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan mengunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Statisik Deskriptif dan Regresi Data Panel. Hasil analisis menunjukakan bahwa variable Gender berpengaruh positif namu tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja tobin’s q, Unmur Perusahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja tobin’s q. Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif namun tidak singnifikan terhadap kinerja tobin’s q.
