Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga terhadap kinerja dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian 16 perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif dan Regresi Data Panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan, dan interaksi antara kepemilikan keluarga dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan
