Pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan pt nusa perdana indah

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan PT Nusa Perdana Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian lapangan dan penelitian pustaka dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 209 karyawan dengan jumlah sample 68 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistika multivariat pemodelan persamaan struktual (SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS 5.0. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan hadap produktivitas karyawan dimana hasil uji sebesar 0,72 dengan nilai p-value < 0,01 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dimana hasil uji sebesar 0,32 dengan nilai p-value 0,02 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dimana hasil uji sebesar 0,38 dengan nilai p-value < 0,01 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. (4) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dimana hasil uji sebesar 0,38 dengan nilai p-value < 0,01 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. (5) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dimana hasil uji sebesar 0,76 dengan nilai p-value<0,01 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. (6) Motivasi memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dimana hasil pengujian sebesar 0,75 positif signifikan dengan nilai p-value<0,01 dibawah 0,05 dan koefisien data indirect effect kompensasi – produktivitas karyawan turun menjadi 0,28 signifikan positif dengan p-value sebesar <0,01 dibawah 0,05. (7) Motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dimana hasil pengujian sebesar 0,76 positif signifikan dengan nilai p-value<0,01 dibawah 0,05 dan koefisien data indirect effect lingkungan kerja – produktivitas karyawan turun menjadi 0,31 signifikan positif dengan p-value sebesar <0,01 dibawah 0,05.
