Abstract

Tejo Sakti Wicaksono, 2017. The Influence of Leader Member Exchange and Career Development Toward Agent Performance (Srudy Of PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Samarinda Branch). Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sukisno Selamet Riadi and Dr. Dirga Lestari AS, S.E., M.Si.

            This Study aimed to test whether leader member exchange and career development to agent performance on employees of PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Samarinda Branch. Independent variabel in this study is the leader member exchange and career development. The dependent variabel is agent performance. This research was conducte on agent of PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Samarinda Branch consisting of 65 respondents.

This type research is quantitative research. Method data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leader member exchange and career development is positive and significant effect towards agent performance.
