Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Agen Pada PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Cabang Samarinda
Abstract
This Study aimed to test whether leader member exchange and career development to agent performance on employees of PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Samarinda Branch. Independent variabel in this study is the leader member exchange and career development. The dependent variabel is agent performance. This research was conducte on agent of PT. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Samarinda Branch consisting of 65 respondents.
This type research is quantitative research. Method data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leader member exchange and career development is positive and significant effect towards agent performance.
