Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Problem-Solving Skills dan Independence Learning terhadap Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan sumber data merupakan hasil distribusi yang diperoleh peneliti secara langsung dari sampel individu sesuai kriteria. Menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 76 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket tertutup yaitu angket dengan jawaban yang sudah disediakan, sehingga responden hanya tinggal memilih dan menjawab secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Problem Solving Skills berpengaruh positif terhadap Working Readiness, (2) Learning Independence berpengaruh positif terhadap Working Readiness.
