Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, Serta peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Samarinda TV.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Samarinda TV.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Samarinda TV sebanyak 35 orang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus dan jumlah responden adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Samarinda TV sebanyak 35 orang.Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner.Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM PLS dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Selanjutnya beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan yang terakhir beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja Sebagai mediasi pada karyawan PT. Samarinda TV.
