Pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intentiont karyawan

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi tentang ketidakamanan kerja, beban kerja dan turnover yang dilakukan karyawan Starbucks di Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan salah satu temuan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai variabel ketidakamanan kerja, beban kerja dan turnover intention pada perusahaan atau organisasi lainnya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan area Starbucks Kaltim sebanyak 43 orang. Sensus sampling menggunakan teknik sampling karena populasinya relatif kecil. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengolahan data untuk membahas dan menarik kesimpulan penelitian, digunakan alat paket program Paket Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa keresahan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan peningkatan signifikan pada intensi turnover karyawan Starbucks. di Kalimantan Timur. Dan beban kerja memberikan efek positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan niat turnover karyawan Starbucks di Kalimantan Timur. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian dapat diverifikasi.
