Hubungan remunerasi bankir dan kinerja perbankan dalam perspektif multivariat

Kapasitas dan kapabilitas bankir dalam merumuskan dan menjalankan kebijakan umumnya berdampak pada kinerja perbankan, yang menurut beberapa penelitian terdahulu dapat berhubungan dengan besaran penghargaan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji kemungkinan adanya hubungan antara remunerasi bankir dan kinerja perbankan di Indonesia. Melalui analisis faktor sebagai pendekatan multivariat, diperoleh bahwa remunerasi dan ukuran bankir memiliki hubungan secara positif dengan faktor akuntansi, antara lain pendapatan, beban dan keuntungan.
