The Impact of Workload, Work Environment and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Silicone Rubbers Solution Tangerang
Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the impact of workload, work environment, and career development on employee performance at PT. Silicone Rubbers Solution Tangerang. To conduct the research, the writer collected both primary and secondary data and used Simple Random Sampling to select a sample of 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using various analytical tools such as validity and reliability tests, percentage analysis, and classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The outcomes of the analysis revealed that workload has a significant impact on employee performance, whereas the work environment and career development partially affect employee performance. Additionally, the study demonstrated that the combined effect of these factors has a considerable influence on employee performance.
