Dampak keputusan talent management terhadap kepuasan kerja guru berstatus honor murni di kabupaten deli serdang ditinjau dari penghasilan dan domisili

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implikasi keputusan talent management Pemda Kabupaten Deli Serdang terhadap Guru Berstatus Honor Murni yang sering ditempatkan di luar domisili asal mereka. Mengacu pada Teori Kebutuhan Maslow, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada dua dimensi utama motivasi, yaitu motivasi kekurangan dan motivasi perkembangan. Guru Berstatus Honor Murni dihadapkan pada tantangan berpindah tempat tinggal untuk menjalankan tugas di tempat kerja yang ditetapkan, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak keputusan talent management terhadap kepuasan kerja Guru Berstatus Honor Murni, terutama dalam hal penghasilan, domisili, dan fasilitas kerja. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana keputusan tersebut memengaruhi Guru Berstatus Honor Murni , terutama dalam aspek-aspek yang mencakup penghasilan mereka, penempatan di luar domisili, dan fasilitas kerja yang mereka terima. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang dinamika kompleks antara keputusan talent management dan kesejahteraan Guru Berstatus Honor Murni di Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
