Keselarasan individu dan organisasi sebagai pendorong perilaku kerja inovatif melalui berbagi pengetahuan

Abstract


Organisasi harus menginspirasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan inovasi ditempat kerja. Karena kelangsungan organisasi bergantung pada kemampuan karyawan dalam melakukan inovasi secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa secara empiris peran keselarasan individu dan organisasi dalam upaya meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif dengan cara berbagi pengetahuan. Pengambilan sampel data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 201 karyawan Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Udara. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Dalam hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa keselarasan individu dan organisasi dapat meningkatkan berbagi pengetahuan, yang dapat mendorong praktik kerja inovatif di dalam organisasi, sementara berbagi pengetahuan mampu mendorong perilaku kerja inovatif serta berbagi pengetahuan mampu memediasi peran keselarasan individu dan organisasi di dalam meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran keselarasan individu dan organisasi dan pentingnya berbagi pengetahuan dalam menciptakan perilaku kerja inovatif di industri navigasi penerbangan yang jarang menjadi fokus penelitian.
