Pengaruh self efficacy terhadap work performance dan organizational citizenship behavior melalui job crafting

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh self efficacy terhadap work performance dan organizational citizenship behavior melalui job crafting di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Surabaya Jembatan Merah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work performance (2) self efficacy tidak berpengaruh pada organizational citizenship behavior (3) self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job crafting (4) ) job crafting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work performance (5) job crafting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (6) self efficacy tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap work performance melalui job crafting (7) self efficacy tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung pada organizational citizenship behavior melalui job crafting.
