Pengaruh person job fit terhadap komitmen organisasional yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja

Abstract


Untuk memenuhi visi dan misi perusahaan, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki komitmen organisasional yaitu komitmen terhadap nilai organisasi untuk mengutamakan kepentingan organisasi dan tujuan-tujuan perusahaan. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengkajian kesesuaian nilai individu dengan nilai pekerjaannya melalui Person-Job Fit. Semakin banyak aspek dalam pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang dimiliki, maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan tersebut untuk mencapai mencapai tingkat kepuasan kerja yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Person-Job Fit terhadap komitmen organisasional yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dengan metode SEM-PLS. Responden sebanyak 411 pegawai kontrak (non ASN) yang ada di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kota Denpasar. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Person-Job Fit dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai komitmen organisasional.
