Hubungan total quality management dalam perspektif islam dan pengetahuan manajemen terhadap kinerja bisnis

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan total quality management dalam perspektif Islam dan pengetahuan manajemen terhadap kinerja bisnis: studi pada perusahaan Manufaktur di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian yang dilakukan di kota makassar, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Teknik penentuan sample berdasarkan faktor spontanitas. siapa saja yang secara tidak sengaja bertemu dan sesuai dengan karakteristik. Variabel penelitian ini adalah total quality management dalam perspektif Islam (X1), pengetahuan manajemen (X2) dan kinerja bisnis (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa total quality management dalam perspektif Islam berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan manajemen, dan kinerja bisnis. Selanjutnya, pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Kemudian, total quality management dalam perspektif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui pengetahuan manajemen.
