Pengaruh keadilan organisasional dan efikasi diri pada keinginan berpindah perawat rumah sakit dirgahayu samarinda

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasional dan efikasi diri pada keinginan berpindah. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Dirgahayu Samarinda.  Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) keadilan distributif berpengaruh negatif pada keinginan berpindah, (2) keadilan prosedural berpengaruh negatif pada keinginan berpindah, (3) keadilan interaksional berpengaruh negatif pada keinginan berpindah, dan (4) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif pada keinginan berpindah. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu perawat Rumah Sakit Dirgahayu Samarinda yang telah bekerja minimun satu tahun masa kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 163 orang perawat atau 59% dari jumlah keseluruhan perawat Rumah Sakit Dirgahayu yang berjumlah 276 perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh empat variabel independen yang terdiri dari keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan efikasi diri pada satu variabel dependen yaitu keinginan berpindah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari keadilan distributif pada keinginan berpindah dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% (Sig=0,004), terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari keadilan prosedural pada keinginan berpindah (Sig= 0,030), terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan dari keadilan interaksional pada keinginan berpindah (Sig= 0,025) dan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari efikasi diri pada keinginan berpindah (Sig= 0,001).
