Knowledge management melalui pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pembelajaran organisasi pada perbankan syariah

Abstract


Keberadaan Perbankan syariah merupakan refleksi kebutuhan atas system perbankan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi stabilitas kepada system keuangan nasional. Tingginya pertumbuhan perbankan Syariah ternyata tidak diimbangi dengan supply tenaga kerja yang memadai di sector ini.  Minimnya sumber daya manusia yang memiliki knowledge dan skill yang memahami prinsip-prinsip syariah menjadikan penghalang sekaligus tantangan yang harus dicarikan jalan keluarnya. Proses pembelajaran organisasi dalam rangka pencarian informasi, asimilasi, pengembangan dan penciptaan pengetahuan baru pada produk, proses, dan jasa tidak hanya menopang keunggulan kompetitif tetapi juga menyebabkan pasar baru dan penciptaan relung. Dengan kata lain, pengetahuan organisasi merupakan aset yang dapat dikelola untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap inovasi perusahaan.  Dengan demikian dibutuhkan strategi terintegrasi untuk mengelola pengetahuan melalui manajemen pengetahuan (knowledge management) yang terintegrasi dengan strategi pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia (human resource practice) melalui pembelajaran organisasi (organizational learning).
