Pengaruh organizational justice terhadap tingkat employee engagement

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh organizational justice yang terdiri dari distributive justice, procedural justice dan interactional justice secara signifikan dan parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variable yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement karyawan PT. Geoservices Samarinda. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa distributive justice,  procedural justice dan interactional justice berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
