Analisis bullwhip effect pada makaroni kang kabayan (distributor makaroni samarinda)

Abstract


Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada metode awal yang dilakukan oleh Makaroni Kang Kabayan nilai bullwhip effect sebesar 1,665 (> 1), yang terjadi karena besarnya variansi order yang dilakukan Makaroni Kang Kabayan melebihi variansi demand dari reseller, sehingga selama periode Januari 2019-Februari 2020 harus menanggung beban persediaan dari 45.750 Pak produk. Penggunaan naive method mampu mengurangi nilai bullwhip effect, sehingga nilai bullwhip effect sama dengan satu, yang bermakna variansi order yang dilakukan Makaroni Kang Kabayan sama dengan variansi demand dari reseller. Selain itu dengan menggunakan naive method, Makaroni Kang Kabayan hanya perlu menanggung beban persediaan dari 25.950 Pak produk selama periode Januari 2019-Februari 2020.
