Pengaruh servant leadership dan employee voice terhadap job satisfaction

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Kepemimpinan Servant dan Suara Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Bank Bukopin Syariah Cabang Samarinda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Servant Leadership dan Employee Voice. Variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bank Bukopin Syariah Cabang Samarinda yang terdiri dari 60 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pelayan dan suara karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja
