Peran teknologi informasi dalam peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis keterkaitan variabel modal sosial, modal intelektual, dan kinerja SDM dalam konteks teknologi informasi serta menyusun model peran teknologi informasi dalam memoderasi persamaan peningkatan kinerja SDM. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Buton yang berjumlah 75 orang. Sampel diambil dengan pendekatan sensus yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebagai responden penelitian sehingga jumlah sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang. Alat analisis adalah Sruktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS 2.0 M3). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM dan terhadap modal intelektual. Selain itu modal intelektual juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM. Teknologi informasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak dapat memberikan efek moderating terhadap persamaan peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada sekretariat DPRD kabupaten Buton.
